Designing for over 20 years in New York City's Fashion Industry I had the privilege to learn my craft with precision, help take a company from $100K a year to $10M a year in growth.
By practicing the principles of design and success I built wealth in so many areas of my life and I enjoyed the lifestyle from those incredible results because I learned and worked with the best.
I also know what it's like for that income to suddenly stop and watch it dwindle away because of job loss that was beyond my control ... you know they say, "Kiecia, we are so sorry but it was a corporate decision to down size... Nothing personal Kiecia, you're great... it's just business."
Did it matter how hard or long I worked or how many years I gave to any given company?
No! It was a business decision and in those situation there was nothing you or I could say or do to keep it!
Going from a 6 figure salary for years to nothing was hard but my friends you always get paid for what you do!
You see the loss gave me an opportunity to see that I can take ownership of my future; by taking the intangibles that are on the inside of me like my dream, my ideas, the vision, my passion, enthusiasm, faith and the belief that I could do it... I could combine them with the treasure of my skill set and my need and employ this great combination for myself because my experience showed me that no job is ever secure...it was never meant to be secure.
See, a job is to give you practice, you use it to learn your craft as you earn then move on... 2-3 years and that's it!
And today you can by pass the middle man through the home-based business industry and live an amazing life even as you learn and develop!
Staying at a job for 10 and 20 years, well now the job owns you.. it owns your thoughts, your behavior, your time and your $$$!
And because your life is "job-centered" and not centered around your dream ,vision and goals you are then enslaved!
The best plan if you are going to work the job circuit is to have your dream, see the vision, plan it out then use the job circuit to develop the skill set and technique you'll need to ultimately make your vision a reality and then become a great color in the tapestry of this world through your work and service.
You see building upon my previous success I made lemonade out of lemons.
I chose to use the resources that I had within me to make those companies thrive and employ them for myself and my family from the the home-based business industry because it's the best vehicle to get paid like a corporate CEO while learning and developing, there is an amazing high Rate of Return and a great Return On Investment.
In doing so the 5 figure debt was paid off, we moved into our new home and my husband and I have a great honor to be parents to what we feel are two fabulous children.
The desire to experience personal and team success while personally developing, build new wealth and help others succeed is a great passion of mine, it's a major part of my personal vision and the corporate vision of our home and we are doing it!
