THE SECRET TO BELIEVING!

THE SECRET TO BELIEVING:

The measure (of thought & study) you give (to the truth you hear) will be

the measure (of virtue & knowledge) that comes back to you and more

(besides) will be given to you who hear... For to him who has will more be

given.." ~Mark 4

So you have some plans because you have your dreams but you don't know

how to attain it.

As I allow myself to be mentored by the very best I noticed a common thread

to those who are walking in their dreams and plans...THEY BELIEVE!

Most had no money, most had no plan... just a dream.

Most had no support and some looked like they had no hope, the only hope

they had was a small ember still red hot and they had to unite it with a

system and a team bigger than themselves to get the "how" and the

encouragement toward personal development to begin to "see" what they

couldn't see.

As I study the best book ever on success I read Mark 4 and saw what I

didn't see in times past...The Secret To Believing!

In order for us to believe we need to do some work.

Why?

Because we are human and because of the way we were created there is a

certain way we get the info in so we can BELIEVE and move us into action.

The 3 things we need to employ we see in the mirror daily on our face.

#1 Eyes... we take in information in our "eye-gate"... what we see the most

will create an image in our minds and when that image is coupled with emotion

and either the spirit of fear or faith, it will come alive in our hearts that is why

putting up pictures that represent your dreams and goals are so important.

One of my mentors said, "you don't get what you want, you get what you

picture."

He is right, just look at Abraham in the bible... check it out in the book of

Genesis...God the Father told him his descendants would be like the stars in

the sky and the sands in the dessert; every where Abraham looked he saw a

picture of the amount of people that will come through him ... INCREDIBLE!

Not only that but God changed his name from Abram to Abraham which means

the father of many nations... every where he looked, heard his name being

called, said his name he was reminded of what  was to come.  You and I have

the same opportunity and we can do the same, create a vision wall and see

what's to come; see it though your eyes so you can see it in  your mind as that

image is impressed there which will birth it in your heart.

#2 EARS: While you are working on what you see watch what enters into your

"ear-gate", faith comes by hearing... belief comes by hearing! If you hear a

thing often enough you will believe it and receive it into your heart and that

can happen with negative or positive information.

Fill your ears with voices, song, information that is going to take you toward

your dreams and goals, things that will inspire you and move you to action.

Listen to people who have what you want, that will teach, inspire and

encourage you.

Read the Word that you are standing on, the Word that will encourage your

faith and get it into your heart.

Which brings me to my last point...

#3 Mouth

WATCH WHAT YOU ARE SAYING... WORDS ARE SEEDS OF THOUGHTS and

thoughts produce actions and create "things."  Solomon and Jesus said,

"As a man thinks so is he." Generally we say what we believe.

Begin speaking those things, that dream, that situation as though it were

already the way you "see" it.  Words gives thoughts embodiment and your love

or lack of love give it power while your emotions give you and that thought and

words motion. Speak with purpose!

I heard in my heart on day "Only say what you want to give life to, you get to

choose, you have that authority." I've been living it ever since. I'm almost like

Ivory soap in the practice of it... you know 99.44% in carefully saying only

what I want to live. I had to go on a 40 day fast for that but that's another

story.  LOL!

Don't say things like,

"I don't have any money...

I'm broke...

I can't afford it...

I'm sick and tired...

you get the picture.  I know you've heard it before but I am telling you again

WATCH WHAT YOU ARE SAYING!

Be careful not to allow the twisted expressions of this age to come out of your

mouth; expressions that are suppose to reflect another thought, it's a trick to

get you to speak doubt and unbelief over your life.  You have to be mindful

what you say because you hear what you say... it's like a "double" in baseball

and you can advance 2 or 3 bases in your game or the enemy can advance 2 or

3 bases in his game to get you off your game.

Now I said all if that to tell you the secret to believing...here it is:

If you want 30 fold return then plant the WORD seed, give attention to it,

speak it, see it & meditate on it only 30% of the time...

If you want 60 fold return then plant the WORD seed, give attention to it,

speak it, see it & meditate on it 60% of the time...

BUT IF YOU WANT 100 FOLD RETURN THEN PLANT THE WORD SEED, GIVE

ATTENTION TO IT, SPEAK IT, STUDY , SEE IT & MEDITATE ON IT 100% OF THE

TIME UNTIL YOU "SEE" IT, BELIEVE IT AND SEE IT IN THE NATURAL!

Watch at the gates of all of the entry points and employ  all of their functions.

This works positively and negatively... you get to choose to see, hear and say

life or "death" ... I'd say choose LIFE and reach your fullest potential in your

dreams...BELIEVE!

GET OUT OF THE C-ZONE AND INTO THE D-ZONE

Let's talk about a issue that is closely related to self-growth and self confidence: The Comfort Zone
How will you unleash your full growth potential and how  will you develop yourself quicker and more efficiently to expand your capacity?
Get out of our Comfort Zone!
It's not a physical zone but more like a state of mind – in which you are comfortable and is followed by behavior that will NOT lead to the prosperity in any area of your life...it's really leads to sedentary behavior.
Note that you are not pressured when you are in your comfort zone, and you have total control over the situation. When you’re in your comfort zone, you are familiar with the environment and nothing is new.
Self-growth occurs out of your comfort zone.
In order to solve any problem you have to go outside your comfort zone which widens your circle of influence.
When you are in your comfort zone, you are not learning nor growing. Doing what you already do will not get you forward. In order to grow, you must do the things that you don’t do now – it could be meeting new people or even  launching a business.
Think about every achievement you have gained in your life – I bet most if not all of them are the result of doing something new, rather than sticking to your old habits.
Think about what you could achieve and become by going outside that  funky C-ZONE into the fabulous D-ZONE...the DREAM ZONE!
Do you know what's going to get you out?
LOVE... That is Right LOVE!
Love for what you want, love for what you do, love for the people that are important to you and the love for those you want to reach and serve...
You'll be amazed at the results!

Don't stay @ C... move to D...the D-Zone!

Business Growth= Personal Growth

A great article by Sticky Ebooks.

Business Growth = Personal Growth

Chambered Nautilus Fossil ©2011 Hitchster
It recently occurred to me that when I thought about my business challenges or spoke about them with others, we were often discussing underlying issues of personal growth.
Becoming an entrepreneur, you soon realize that you — your strengths, weaknesses, skills, fears, limitations — are intricately connected to the growth of your business.

Duh, right?

But here’s the thing, I think we’re pretty bad bosses sometimes. When it comes to business we seem to think we should Have It All Handled, Yesterday. Especially since there are bills to be paid.

Time to cut ourselves some slack!

Nothing challenges our assumptions and insecurities quite like the ambition to become successful on our own path, often in a role we’re inventing as we go.

Here are 5 simple truths I’ve discovered about the human nature of entrepreneurs.
As long as I can keep them in mind, I can have more fun with my business and not drive my only employee to a nervous breakdown. Take a deep breath, and remember:

1. You will never feel ready.
You know how people always say there’s no perfect time to have a child? Well there’s no perfect time to start a business, launch a product or try the next big thing you want to try. You will never have enough money, time or expertise to feel ready. And that’s perfectly fine, because stretching beyond our comfort zones is how we grow. It still sucks sometimes, but it’s worth it.

2. There is always room for another voice.
There is so much information available to us online it’s staggering, and it seems there’s always someone else who has said what we’re saying better or has a slicker website or gets better press. When service professionals go out on their own and begin to build a personal brand, we think that we’re under-qualified because we’re comparing ourselves to everyone in the world. You only need to know enough to help someone behind you on the path. Not only that, your voice is only yours — no one else has your perspective, your story, your personality. The world needs what you have to say.

3. You will always want someone to tell you what to do next.
The funny thing about being a human and an entrepreneur is that while we are creative, independent thinkers, on a biological level our brains are hardwired for safety. It’s human nature to want to feel secure, to want to know what’s around that bend in the road sooo badly. We also don’t want to feel embarrassment, ever. This leads to analysis paralysis: unread books and unused info products, workshops that don’t deliver the results we wanted because we’re waiting to know what is the absolutely right thing to do. It’s essential to take responsibility for getting where we want to go, and accept that the road is risky and uncertain.

4. You will never think IT is good enough.
Perfect is the enemy of good. So many times I’ve seen people start with a grand design of how they want everything to run — they want a bi-weekly newsletter, and a blog, and an eBook and to launch an eCourse, all in the first three months. It’s great to think big, but really we have to focus on what is enough for now. Don’t spend $10,000 getting a website designed before you’ve tested the market for your products and services. We want to build the Taj Mahal, but really we need to start with a little wooden stall in the marketplace. Take a lesson from the chambered nautilus, which grows its shell as it grows, expanding one chamber at a time. If we grow slowly and cultivate patience, eventually our thing, whatever we’re creating, will be big and beautiful.

5. You will consistently undervalue your services.
Charlie Gilkey told me this one. It’s true. That thing you do, you’ll always take for granted. If you get that feeling about your product or service, this is SO obvious/easy then beware — you are dismissing the value you bring to your clients and customers. Pricing is always tricky, but I advise charging 10-20% more than the price you feel totally comfortable with, and incrementally raising your prices as you grow more assured of the demand for the value you provide.

Growth only happens when you’re moving forward.
Bear with me if you’ve heard me tell this story before, but I just love it: my friend told me about the time she was learning to ride a horse. She was sitting on the horse and trying to get it to turn, and failing miserably. Her instructor said, “You can only turn a horse when it’s moving.”
Your business is like a horse, it’s easier to steer once you’ve set off in a specific direction.

What are you hoping for? WELL, HERE'S THE REAL SECRET!!

What are you hoping for?
Are you hoping to reach your dreams?
Are you hoping for financial freedom in business?
Are you hoping for a loved one to come home?
Did you know that HOPE is hopeless if used this way?

Do you believe in your dreams?
Do you believe you will reach financial freedom?
Do you believe for a loved one to come home?

Here's what I learned from Peter Wade...
* With Italicized is my emphasis

Imagine a farmer with his plow, and hour after hour he is plowing in the field. He is doing this work in expectation that there will be a harvest. If he was convinced that those seeds would not grow, do you think he would take the time to go out and plow, perhaps just so that the other farmers could see that he knew how to plow? No, he would not waste his time.
But if he believes that the seeds will grow, he plows in expectation; he plows with the distinct understanding that this is the necessary and logical thing to do, because there is going to be a harvest.

*It doesn't matter the seed...
If you want to get fit, see the vision and feel NOW that feeling of accomplished success and expect the results you want!!!
Plant the seed by deciding to commit to see it through to the end, water the seeds by doing the necessary work and EXPECT the harvest you want!

*If you want to be financially free, see the vision and feel NOW that feeling of accomplished success and expect the results you want!!!
Plant the seed by deciding to commit to see it through to the end, water the seeds by doing the necessary work and EXPECT the harvest you want!

*If you want to increase your business, see the vision and feel NOW that feeling of accomplished success and expect the results you want!!!
Plant the seed by deciding to commit to see it through to the end, water the seeds by doing the necessary work and EXPECT the harvest you want!

*DON'T HOPE as we know it today...
HOPE DOESN'T HAVE CERTAINTY...EXPECTATION DOES!

*Remember this...THE KEY TO BELIEVING AND SEEING YOUR VISION MANIFEST IS EXPECTATION not hope!

*Now just to let you know, I aim to  live my life right in target with God, His Word, principles and people so here is my reference.  Whether you believe in God or not is not my concern but I truly hope you will come to know Him because it's awesome but that's your decision...part of my work is to get you to the solution of success, the principles are universal and friends this is THE REAL SECRET explained!

Here we go....

The same agricultural illustration is brought to you by 1 Corinthians 9:10: Here's how it reads if you open the bible and look it up in the Amplified version"...he that plows ought to be plowing in "hope"; and he that threshes should be partaker of the expectation."

Now check this out....

..he that plows ought to be plowing in EXPECTATION; and he that threshes should be partaker of the expectation."
You will notice that in place of the word "hope" in the Amplified version of the bible I have used the word "expectation". ...now what does that do for you?
If a farmer plants in hope I can assure you his commitment will falter... no farmer plants in "hope" of a harvest...HE EXPECTS ONE!

Hope is rather an unfortunate word to use in this context, because hope is something which has no certainty of fulfillment...it's open ended and there is no guarantee!

*Here's what hope sounds like....
"Well, I just hope so"...,
"I'm trying... hoping for the best..."
"well, it will not really matter, but I hope it does.."
"I hope I will have enough money to pay my bills..."
"I hope I reach my dreams...I'm trying.."
This sounds hopeless to me and what hope  sounds like in today's language, and it is far too weak to express what God is saying to us here in the original text.
If you are talking like that STOP!
Please Allow me to nudge your perspective to your harvest!

*There is a lot of difference between expectation and hope

Suppose I am expecting a visitor to arrive by plane tomorrow morning. I am not just hoping that she will come, I am expecting her to come and because of my expectation I have made certain arrangements regarding his visit.

To expect something means that there is a VERY strong possibility even most definitely and a certainty that the event is going to happen.
Just to "hope so" has no feeling of certainty at all, it is only a pie-in-the-sky dream.
Now I want you to keep these two words sharply separated in your mind, for it affects the principle of believing and your enjoyment of all that God has made available.
The farmer in I Corinthians 9:10 who was plowing his field, putting his energy into it, was not just hoping, he was really expecting a harvest!

This becomes an interesting study, because the action most people take between the moment of believing and the manifestation of the answer, is not to express their expectation but to make preparation for the non-arrival of the answer.
It seems as if they mostly spend their time, works and inaction as if the answer was not coming thus there is no real commitment and then no results....

The plowing in "hope" is a real plowing in expectation of the harvest.
You MUST plow expecting, you are putting all your effort into it, you are expecting the supply of your needs. Yet the reverse is true in most people.
Even people who say they are walking on the Word and God's principles, when they have a need, seem to spend as much time, if not more time, trying to find some way around the problem as if the answer is not coming, than they do in an attitude of expectation.

*Listen! Read this next sentence out loud so you can hear it....
Whatever you expect to happen generally does ... whatever you hope to happen generally doesn't and this can happen positively or negatively!

HERE IS THE REAL SECRET...
The most vital key in the period between believing and manifesting the answer is this matter of expectation.

Are we really expecting God to supply that particular need?
Oh yes, we expect it the moment we first believe, yes, that day and maybe a day or two after, but if there is too long of a length of time between the believing and the manifestation we cease the attitude of expectancy.
Too often we get into a hope situation,
"It sure would be nice, you know, it would be great if we got the answer to that need; wouldn't it be terrific?"
We are no longer expecting it, and (HERE'S THE TACTIC for those who understand this) Satan has tricked us on that one little point. I am sure to some of you that there is only a hairline distinction between expectation and hope, and it is there and Satan is very anxious to give you a nudge over from the side of expectation into hope, because he knows that by so doing he can cancel the whole project!
*AMAZING!
*This the answer folks!  Don't miss it!  Read it again!!

You must be on your guard all the time and keep your mind geared to the fact that you are standing on the greatness of God's Word..His Principles!

*I'll be sharing more on this so stay tuned, meanwhile...

*SEE YOUR EXPECTATION (get a picture that represents that vision and you have to feel it..you'll know the picture when you feel it), PLANT THE SEED BY DECIDING TO COMMIT TO SEEING IT THROUGH TO THE END, WATER BY WORK AND EXPECT YOUR HARVEST!

*THIS WORKS JUST AS SURE AS GRAVITY!

Warmly,
KCG
Thanks Peter Wade!

Is Your Job A Dream Maker?

How long should a you stay at a job?

How long have you been there?

Have you been there 3-5 years?

How about 5-10?

How about over 20?

Have you ever thought to use the job as a vehicle to learn and earn for the sole purpose of developing you for your dream, to grow in technique and skill set ONLY to say "TaTa"?

While in school, between the ages of 15-18, society begins to groom many for the job market and they begin this grooming with the thought that the 4 year degree is a must in order to have success and get that "secure job".

Most get lost in that "security" and end up staying on a job for over 10 years, not because of the dream they started out with but the job seems "secure".

The only problem is that NO job is ever secure, NONE!

The wise thing to do is to use the job to learn and earn.
You see, you should only participate in a job for the shear purpose of practice; use it to learn your craft and when you are done then move on!
Stay at a job 2-3 years only and that's it but to do this you need to have your dream, vision and goals on paper!

When one works a job for too long then it's not about the learning and growing anymore with your dream in mind but about the "security" that seems real but is false, very false.

Staying at a job for 10 and 20 years you are not in charge of your time, freedom or $$$, because you made the exchange and folded your dream away and now your job owns you!

Your job owns you; so much that it dominates your thoughts, controls behavior, your time is not really yours because after sleeping 6-8 hours, you get up to prepare to be at your job, you then take the time in the travel then you're thinking about getting out of your job while you're at work to then hurry up because you have 2 hrs only in the evening before you need to go to sleep to do it all again.

And your $$$?  You get paid what they think the job is worth and not based on the value you bring to the position, department and company.

Because your life is "job-centered" and not "dream-centered" you are enslaved; it's a perpetual cycle, "The Dance of The Job" that will go on for up to 30 -40 years unless if you do something about it and do it NOW!

You need a job, you want to work a job but do it purposefully and get the most amount of experience, develop great in skill-set and earn all money you can earn.

Choose a series of jobs, a collection if you will, as part of the plan that gets you to the place where you will eventually take the leap and fly in your dream!

If your job is not a stepping stone to the dream, may I suggest you change course so that you can be on the right path strategically and acquire the right experience that will make your dream come true.

You can also use the network marketing circuit to achieve your dreams because what you learn inside of the 4 walls of an office or cubical can never measure up to what you can learn, earn and grow outside of the corporate setting.

Why not get paid like the CEO of your company that you are NOW?

Network marketing affords that luxury and you will see results if you are with the right company, the right leadership and team!

Listen, why keep sacrificing your dream and vision for the "secure paycheck" when you can learn how to start your Plan B now and eventually make it your Plan A?

You'd be in charge of your time, your freedom, your $$$$ and your dream will come to pass if you are doing the work purposefully to make that happen and that generally  starts with personal growth and changing your mind set.

My friend, go dream again and asses your life...

Is what you are doing now getting you what you really want in life?

Are you ready to stop "making a living" and ready to begin creating and
building your EXTRAORDINARY life?

Why Do The Same When You Can Go Beyond!
